Free parking is available in Lot F, west of Stephens Auditorium, when purchasing tickets during regular business hours. Get directions here.

Ticketmaster.com is the official online ticket provider for events at the Iowa State Center. Tickets from other online sources may be illegitimate and/or more expensive and may not be accepted at the event. Please be aware of third party ticket sites that look like the Iowa State Center Ticket Office site. When purchasing tickets online, look closely at the URL to ensure that you are on the correct site.

Subscribers have the flexibility to exchange tickets within the season for another Performing Arts Series show or for account credit. Exchanges must be completed by 4pm at least one business day before the show; charges may apply.

Obstructed view means you’ll be unable to see the entire stage from those seats. You’ll have either an incomplete view because of the position of the seats, or something will be in your line of sight – like a pole, speakers, or the sound board.
We sell these seats because for many fans an obstructed view is not a problem, and the tickets are clearly labeled at time of purchase.
