Des Moines Ballet will bring a new production of Triple Bill to audiences at Stephens Auditorium. Triple Bill by Des Moines Ballet features three short ballets by three different choreographers in one evening of dance.
Des Moines Ballet artistic director, Serkan Usta, will be joined by two guest choreographers, Ma Cong and Ryan Nye. Each will present unique ballets featuring the company’s own professional dancers. Triple Bill includes Usta’s world premier contemporary ballet.
Ma Cong is the resident choreographer for the Tulsa Ballet and an in-demand worldwide choreographer who recently choreographed the revival of the Broadway production of M. Butterfly. Ryan Nye is an award-winning choreographer.
